Container Lifeline

The Latchways removable horizontal cable system is designed to restrain the User from reaching a fall edge.

• If a fall occurs the inline energy absorber/ energy absorbing lanyard will ensure that the maximum force transmitted to the structure/ User will not exceed 6 kN.
• The maximum weight of any User (including tools and equipment carried) shall not exceed 100 kg. Up to 2 Users are permitted to be connected to a Latchways removable horizontal cable system at any one time.
• The structure to which the anchor plates are attached shall have the capacity to withstand a force of 12 kN.
