SCOPE: The Emergency and Fire Safety Team at RENAISSANCE Office, Warri, operated by Future Concerns Nigeria Limited, are a group of experienced men and women who are dedicated to providing experienced emergency response service, Real time satey on Location, Ogunu and Forcados.

Promptly responds to any alarm that emanates from the building and rectifies it

Provide fire cover from time to time in case of a real fire situation.

Monitors the panel in the control room, which automatically records and prints

the location and time of any incidence that had triggered an alarm

Monitors the work being carried out in the building to ensure that appropriate

measures have been taken to forestall any false alarm

Psychologically keep members of staff of RENAISSANCE in the facility focused on

Choenidr ujocbts total evacuation exercise at least once or twice a year.

Respond to any emergency within the Facility

Work with maintenance crew to rectify false alarms

Carry out routine inspection and maintenance of Fire Fighting equipment
